Wednesday, June 11th. A highly anticipated tradition at the QSAR Workshops. Social hour, dinner, and the annual award ceremony. $70/person (includes transportation).
Arrangements have been made with the Sheraton Syracuse University Hotel and Conference Center (site of the Workshop) to provide special rates for Workshop attendees. A preferred rate of $119 plus 13% tax has been negotiated for all attendees. Parking is complimentary. The registration site will provide the option of sharing a room with other attendees. A large block of rooms will also be available at the U.S. Government GSA Domestic Per Diem Rate on a first come, first served basis.
The BTI Travel Company can coordinate your travel arrangements. You will have the option during registration to request assistance from BTI on your travel. We recommend requesting a free (with no obligation) quote from BTI The Travel Company for the air travel to the Workshop. Since they are managing the entire registration process, they can also put together a complete travel and hotel package for you if you are spending additional time in the area.
