The requirements for foreign travelers to enter the United States (U.S.) are continually changing. It is important that ALL foreign authors check the requirements for their entry into the U.S.  QSAR 2008, the 13th International Workshop on QSARs in the Environmental Sciences, is an open scientific meeting and all persons who are interested in this discipline and properly register are welcome. Personal letters of invitation are not necessary to attend QSAR 2008, which has been widely announced to the scientific community.

Foreign attendees are urged to start the visa application process early, as it may take many months. General Visa information can be found at the U.S. Department of State Web Site.

Centrally located in the heart of New York State, Syracuse is home to many exciting attractions and events.
