Community Involvement
Many employees are involved with community activities and support numerous events,
including walk-a-thons, road races, bowl-a-thons, blood drives, and the United Way
campaign, to name a few. These community events are an extension of the team-building
approach employees use at work.
Social Activities
Employees realize the importance of working hard, but the company also encourages a
balance between work and play for a healthy lifestyle. Several times a year, the company
holds functions, such as a holiday party and a picnic, to bring employees and their
