SYRACUSE, NY, January 17, 2006 – Peter McClure has assumed the role of Director of Toxicology, Health and Ecological Risk Assessment for Syracuse Research Corporation (SRC). As Director, McClure will direct operations and develop business involving the assessment of risks of environmental pollutants on human and ecological health. He will oversee activities of more than 25 biological scientists with advanced degrees within SRC’s Environmental Science Center.
Previously, McClure served as a Senior Scientist. He has been employed at SRC for over 15 years, received his Ph.D. and M.S. from North Carolina State University, and his B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology.
