Policies/Programs

With IA policy and program planning, SRC seeks to define, develop, and pursue protection goals and objectives that align with our clients' management philosophy and ultimately enhance their overall business processes. We help define an IA infrastructure, roles and responsibilities, devise training standards, develop self-evaluation processes, and identify existing or needed skill sets to implement an effective IA program. We review existing IA policies and standards, perform a "gap" analysis to identify those missing, and recommend/develop solid IA policy building blocks that are scalable, adaptable, and maintainable to meet the ever-changing needs of a dynamic corporate environment. SRC's goal is to help develop and implement a thorough, personalized program that serves as the foundation for all other IA activities.
