SRC has a long history of
defining complex operational and technology requirements, researching
and identifying best-in-industry solutions, conducting independent
validation/verification testing, and delivering unbiased and credible
recommendations. We have supported a wide range of federal organizations
including the Department of: Defense, Energy, State, Transportation, Commerce, Labor and
Agriculture; and have developed a national reputation in technology
areas ranging from advanced sensor systems, signal processing,
information networks and databases, to full-spectrum information
operations.
We
are currently delivering Information Assurance (IA) support to Intelligence Community and
commercial customers in areas of policy and program development;
computer incident response and system security planning; training;
threat, vulnerability, and risk assessments; Red Teaming; business
continuity planning; and network security engineering. As a
not-for-profit company, SRC produces no products, has no vendor
affiliation, and continually reinvests in our people, their training, and IR&D. This keeps us at the forefront of the latest technologies,
techniques, and tools and enables us to provide honest broker services
that are especially valuable to customers needing to make tough
decisions about technology options. Our approach is to gain a thorough
understanding of our clients' existing and desired goals and then,
consistent with their mission, budgets, and schedule, provide
prioritized recommendations to achieve those goals. Our solutions
are based
on a life-cycle approach, and can be divided into five broad categories: IA
Policy and Program Planning, Information Risk Analysis; Protection
Engineering; and Operations Support and Training. |
