Our
staff of engineers and analysts uses
an interdisciplinary approach that enables the effective procurement
and development of complex systems. We focus on investigating
operational needs and required functionality early in the
development cycle, documenting requirements, defining
system specifications, investigating design approaches, preparing
acquisition documentation, evaluating contractor performance, and assisting
in system validation. Our team can adapt to implementations
involving operations, system and
developer performance, system
testing, cost and schedule review,
training and support, and lifecycle
planning.
Our
engineers are skilled and trained in
classic system engineering techniques used by the government and
industry. These engineering teams are led by certified program managers
with a variety of experience in R&D system development. Our staff has
participated in pre-acquisition activities, proposal evaluation,
contract execution, and contract close-out. The team is particularly
skilled in the development of technical specifications and statements of
work with a focus on the electrical, mechanical, computer, and aerospace
engineering elements of a development activity. As a not-for-profit R&D
company, SRC's systems engineers are well positioned to consider
both the business and the technical needs of a
major developmental effort. SRC's goal
is to provide the finest systems engineering and procurement consulting
possible by delivering superlative engineers and analysts. |
