Security clearances and need-to-know certifications for the EWIRDB course require security officer and/or Government Contracting Official/User Agency Official signatures so they must be mailed or faxed to us. Please do not use e-mail for this information! Remember, you must be a U.S. citizen to attend these Information Operations Courses.

All attendees of the "Using the EWIRDB" course must also complete and return the security clearance form (pdf). Please print the form and mail or fax with signatures (don't use e-mail) to the address below. This should be mailed no later than 10 days before the course start date.
